Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all lip gloss and lip liner purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

To protect the health and safety of all customers, any beauty products that have left our possession cannot be resold or restocked. Therefore, returns are not permitted.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including product selections, shades, quantities, and shipping address. Venntu Glam is not responsible for customer errors entered at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and assist you.

Once your package has been shipped, Venntu Glam is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
